Our staff understands that each customer is valuable since most of our sales come by repeat sales or by direct referral from our customers. Over the years we have thrived on the principle of treating each customer as we want to be treated, and by applying a high standard of integrity and professionalism to our entire staff. To date these principles have helped us to grow and to acquire the reputation that we enjoy today. We are a closely held company, owned and managed by Len Lobaugh. Len formed L Cubed Corporation which acquired TAM Systems, Inc in 2006. Len acts as General Manager and oversees the activities of the crews and office and support operations. Galen Julius and Howard Rife are our experienced sales representatives. Brad Davis directs the activities of the millwright crews. They have many combined years of experience in their related fields and in the business itself. Each of our approximately 30 employees are part of our corporate family. It has been our practice to hire the best employees available, to develop less experienced employees from within, and to improve their professional skills with ongoing training. The sales and design staff have a wide knowledge base to pull upon to assist you by being able to understand your needs and concerns, designing the system that you require, then giving you a competitive price. The real strength of our business is in our field personnel. We maintain a staff of millwrights, steel erectors, and service personnel that continually receive high marks from our customers on their workmanship, friendliness, attitude, and abilities. These crews have been repeatedly praised by engineers, inspectors, and other professionals in the industry for exceeding the quality of construction expected. Our staff of trained service personnel stand ready to assist you with ongoing maintenance and repairs. We strive to meet the needs of our customers and we realize that being able to repair and maintain your facility is critical. One of the critical differences between TAM Systems and many other contractors is our belief in maintaining inventories of common materials and repair parts. This provides for a more streamlined construction schedule, faster service for unexpected repairs, and the ability to supply replacement parts to our customers. The support staff and office personnel support the other company functions and enhance the ability of TAM Systems as a company to meet your needs, completing the circle of customer service. To enhance our staff we maintain an array of equipment and vehicles to supply us with the capabilities to accomplish more, to do it safely, and in a more cost effective way than would otherwise be possible.
