HistoryAbstrack Recording Studio was founded in 2009 by Ralph Mulligan along with his son, Jeff, after operating another recording studio in Ocean City, NJ for five years. Ralph's life long passion for music is evident in the years he spent as a session musician, band leader and original recording artist. His love for music was second only to the love he had for his family. Sadly Ralph passed away on December 1, 2013. However his legacy lives on through his family who continue his dream of running a first class recording studio with the same passion for music that he had.SpecialtiesAbstrack Recording Studio is committed to meeting all of your audio recording needs. Our services include recording solo artists, karaoke performers, bands, vocal groups, spoken word artists, commercials for radio, lectures and audio books; editing prerecorded songs for quality and length; pitch correction; mixing and mastering; CD duplication in bulk quantities; transferring records, DAT tape and cassette tapes to CD. Beginners and seasoned professionals can feel comfortable in our studio which features a 26' x 24' acoustically engineered live room, 10' x 24' control room with C24 control surface custom console mixing board and a comfortable lounge. Our friendly and service oriented staff is here to help guide novices through the recording process and assist established artists with full production. All studio hours are by appointment.
