Kimberton Waldorf School

Kimberton Waldorf School, founded in 1941, offers education to students in grades kindergarten through 12. It is a private school and has an enrollment of more than 300 students. Its curriculum include subjects, such as English, history, geography, mathematics, science, computers, physical education, and foreign languages. The school offers various extracurricular activities, including community service, music, handiwork and woodwork, painting and drawing, sculpture, blacksmithing, choir, and dramatics. Sports activities offered by the school include tennis, volleyball, soccer, lacrosse, field hockey and basketball. It also organizes tournaments and championships for the students. The school has an on-campus shop that provides art supplies, wooden toys, cooperative games, books, school apparel and jewelry. Kimberton Waldorf School is a founding member of the Association of Waldorf Schools of North America and is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. It is located in Phoenixville, Pa.
