Kathleen Scutella, CRNP Kathleen Scutella is a certified registered nurse practitioner in surgery. She has special interests in bariatric surgery, post general surgery post op care, post-operative weight loss, pre-operative weight loss, weight loss education and counseling. Kathleen is a graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania, with certification from American Academy Nurse Practitioners.

Saniya Siddique, MDSaniya Siddique, MD, is a cardiologist with the AHN Cardiovascular Institute. She specializes in advanced cardiac diagnostics, including transesophageal echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, and nuclear imaging, with a focus on heart failure and systolic heart failure. Dr. Siddique is skilled in managing hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, valve disorders, and microvascular dysfunction, with a particular focus on women's heart health, including conditions like MINOCA and INOC.Dr. Siddique earned her medical degree from Chhattisgarh Institute of Medical Sciences in Chhattisgarh, India. She completed her residency at NYC Health and Hospital Corp. Coney Island in Brooklyn, New York, and her fellowship in cardiology at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.She is board-eligible with the American Board of Internal Medicine Cardiology. Dr. Siddique welcomes patients ages 18 and older.

Dr. Yogeswaran specializes in treating patients with coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, cardiac disease, and peripheral artery disease. He is clinically interested in advanced imaging of the heart and skilled at performing cardiac catheterizations and nuclear cardiology. He is also an adjunct clinical assistant professor Internal Medicine/Cardiology at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania.He received his medical degree from the University of Southampton in Southampton, England. His internal medicine residency was completed at Coney Island Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. He also finished a fellowship in cardiovascular disease and a fellowship in interventional cardiology at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn. He speaks English.
