Says store opens at 11- someone saunters to open door at 11:13 I walk in Person tell me can't get anything for 30 mins Not right if your UPenn then you sell ur stuff if not open 11:30!

Dont even waste your time. 20+ minutes to get my order correct. Waited at the window for 10 minutes and then another 10 in the parking lot for "fresh" tenders.
