I rarely go shopping but I was with my daughter so we went to Kendra Scott. Immediately greeted by helpful staff. Not overbearing.

We had something break a few months after we purchased it. The sales associates were super nice and made an exchange simple and fast. Amazon level customer service. Makes it easy to recommend them.
