Fantastic dinner. They have probably the 2 best bartenders in State College. Their Martini's are the best. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the service was spot on.

Steak cooked perfectly, vegetables and garlic, mashed potatoes, delicious, fear list on draft was decent, good selection of higher end, whiskeys and tequila, and service is great!

With a daughter at Penn State, we're trying to get to all the restaurants in the area, so on move-in weekend, we visited Kelly's. That day we were sent a text asking if we wanted to sit outside....
