History

Joe Betzala the man behind the curtain of Joseph's Catering, creator and former owner of Java Joe's Cafe in Ridley Park, PA. An ' 89 St. James graduate, Joe went onto The Philadelphia Restaurant School for a degree in Food Arts and a culinary tour of Europe. For all you Nittany Lion fans Joseph's Catering has been proudly contracted to run the food service for the Penn State's Brandywine campus in Media, PA for the past seven years. Joseph's is a full service caterer of all flavors. We are a fully insured LLC and Serve Safe certificed. With over 25 years experience, Chef Joe has worked extensively in and around the Philadelphia area. We have the creativity & resources to custom design a menu to fit smaller more budget conscience events as well as larger more formal presentations. .
