The store manager, Jackie, cannot be topped. She is patient, kind, and knows everything about men's ware. She helped us create the perfect suit and we couldn't be happier with her service.

Won't be back to a Jos A Banks ever. Ross park location is terrible! This location isn't any better (from my 2 visits there).

Nice selection. My Salesman was good except my pants came back way too short and it can not be lengthen. Called in to see if my suit was in. Women who answered "whom I believe is the manager."...
