Back tire was low on air. Thought I would replace the tires if I needed to. Joe put air in tires and charged me $17.50. Claims he had to take out tube or something. Very disappointing. Asked...

Worst bike shop in town. Sold me a bad rim, bent after 3 rides, told me it was my fault and would not replace. They just don't seem to be knowledgeable about bikes.
