This flower shop used to be my go-to florist but has become a disappointment. The receptionist is always very short with me or my boyfriend, and often cuts us off when we are talking on the phone....

Extremely disappointed and angry with the unprofessional service rendered by this florist - Joel Flower Shoppe in Erie. To make it worst, they didn't even appologize or call me back to my number...
