I judge pretzel places on consistency. Jim's is always consistent. I like pretzels that are on the crispier side, and Jim's does it right. Really good, clean, and cheaper than Pretzel Factory.

Went here in the morning for pretzels. They have breakfast sandwiches advertised, yet had none. Pretzels were cold! Drive 2 miles the other way for hot and fresh pretzels!
