Horrible. The owner cut my hands 4 times. My fingers were bleeding. Told me "everyone makes mistakes." She wanted more money for pointed tips which I didn't want but she tried to sell them...

Had kim the owner and she cut my skin from filing them so hard, on three fingers leaving them bleeding.. tried to take my acrylics off and my nails started bleeding underneath. Bumpy and uneven...
