I went for a haircut, showed and told her shoulder length, and add some layers. My result was chin length, no layers and it's also uneven.

I have gone to this salon at this particular location in Whitehall with no issues except for today when I took my granddaughter in. Very disrespectful to her (she is 5) yelling at her to sit still...
