The service and installation guys are great, but I asked about A/C that would get me a rebate from DLC and the sales person said he didn't know anything about rebates. I should have looked into...

They installed gas logs that do not work. They returned once to fix which didn't work and after 9 weeks & numerous phone calls just said, we are not coming back to fix them.
