Why are the fries mushy soft fries they're supposed to be crunchy right they have to learn to fry french fries the correct way other than that the food was good but the fries tasted greasy

Not impressed at all. Not only was the wait over 45 minutes. The food is severely overpriced for simply wings and cheesesteak. The wings were undercooked and the food was cold. First and last time...
