is YOGA Studio was created in 2013 to fill a need for a different kind of Yoga Studio. Yoga has become in some instances more of a fad, than about the actual teachings of Yoga. Is YOGA brings those teachings to life and embraces what Yoga is truly about.

Specialties

is YOGA Studio was inspired by students and teachers on the path of yoking in self-study. Our teachers are devout students in practices of yoga and life whose focus in in supporting healthy alignment, ease and enjoyment of the practices. Our teachers study Iyengar or Anusara principles of alignment and weave their embodiment into flow classes. The atmosphere at is YOGA Studio is warm and cozy while we move our bodies and laugh among friends. We offer classes at various levels and styles. Is YOGA is a registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance offering 200, 300 and 500 hour Teacher Trainings, workshops and yoga retreats.
