In the Valley is chef Nicholas Elmi's new cocktail bar located next door to Laurel Restaurant on East Passyunk Ave. Focused on craft cocktails and small plates ITV has been open since 2016 has been featured in the New York Times, has received been given three bells by the Philadelphia Inquirer and named the best cocktail destination in Philadelphia by Eater.
