The Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission administers and enforces the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act and the Pennsylvania Fair Educational Opportunities Act of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the identification and elimination of discrimination. It organizes a wide range of educational programs and community development services.
