The staff and specially manager is very rude and disrespectful with the customers, I came there few times and every time they are not friendly with the customers.

The Manager is very rude and disgusting! He put the stain on Hugo Boss reputation. Terrible customer service. He desperately need the education and definitely doesn't belong in the high-end...
