The setting is right for a bar but the service has gone downhill in the past few weeks noticeably. If you want warm drinks and cold food this is your next stop.

Never pick up the phone. Also refuse service anytime they want even if you are just ordering food. The owner acknowledges this and allows it to happen. If your looking for a just a pa lotto...
