Sarah O’Hora has been helping the communities we serve since moving to the area in 2011. Her local knowledge and sincere interest in her customers' success have been consistent themes for her through her positions at the Bank. Having worked as a Teller, Customer Service Representative, Marketing Assistant, Marketing and Communications Specialist, and Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager, Sarah, combines all of her experience in her work as Commercial Loan Officer 1. O’Hora received a Bachelor of Science Degree (Cum Laude) from Millersville University in 2011. She also attended the PA Bankers School of Banking in 2015, and Leadership Northern Poconos Class of 2016. She most enjoys supporting the individuals and businesses in her local community, whom, she believes, are the foundation on which our communities are built. She is a Worship Leader at Wallenpaupack Church, enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, and taking walks in the woods.

Ron Sebastianelli joined The Honesdale National Bank in 2003 and currently serves as SVP, Chief Lending Officer. Sebastianelli supports HNB's customers with more than 40 years of banking experience. While maintaining our core credit and lending principles, he has had a dramatic impact in the growth, performance, and quality of our loan portfolio. A native of Northeastern Pennsylvania, Sebastianelli aims to support the growth and success of small businesses and corporations that also call NEPA home.

Brian Wilken joined The Honesdale National Bank in 2008 and currently serves as VP, Business Development and Relationship Manager. He leverages years of experience in running a small business to help him understand and proactively support customer needs. Wilken believes building relationships with customers is at the core of delivering on the community banking philosophy and his delivery epitomizes the HNB & me difference. He is well known for going above and beyond for customers and is always willing to extend a helping hand. A native of Northeastern Pennsylvania, he is a well known volunteer and contributor to the success of the greater Wayne County community landscape.
