Founded in 1991, SunDance Rehabilitation is one of the largest providers of contract rehabilitative services in the United States. It serves customers in more than 35 states. The organization offers long-term care and rehabilitative therapy services. SunDance Rehabilitation provides rehabilitative services in subacute, nursing and independent living centers. It also offers rehabilitative services at acute care hospitals and continuous care retirement communities. SunDance Rehabilitation offers a range of wellness programs that includes cardiovascular exercise and aerobic fitness, balance and functional mobility training, energy conservation, lifestyle education, joint protection, and safety and fall prevention. Its therapy programs include wound management, restraint reduction and rehabilitation dining.

Residents choose from studios to three bedroom apartment homes, and each unit has either a patio or balcony.
