They don't know how you want the style you ask for even when you explain the way you want it to look. My mom went in for a cut and the girl barely took any off. She latter that week ended up...

If there were a zero stars option... Do NOT get your hair cut here, don't take your children here, and don't recommend anyone you know to this s**thole. They'll completely butcher your hair...

I've never had any problems here with anyone. The girls are all very nice and they do a very good job, this is the only place I go to!
