I have changed agencies because our agent at Hockley and O'Donnell consistently was always "on the phone" when we would call and then never returned our call or returned it much later.

My Mother-in-Law had Hockley for their home insurance since 1970. She had to reside at a nursing home and the house was empty. Hockley canceled the policy when we told them the situation.
