They are the biggest scammers. Insurance paid them over the actual price, they still tried to charge me. Called them and resolved it, 2 months later charge me 300$+ and said they can't do anything...

They did not answer phone calls, which made getting in touch with them rather difficult. And they bungled part of the return process which created unnecessary inconvenience.

The actual rental went ok. My issue is I emailed the company after returning the car, and never received a response. FYI - to actually email the company is a pain. How do I cancel my account?...

I would not rent from here again. I rented a car in July and got a call from them last month (October) claiming that I caused damage to the car. I can assure you I didn't cause damage to the car...
