They don't tell you before you pay for the item that they don't accept returns. You find out after you pay, and the receipt says so at the end. Even if you have NOT opened and/or used the item.

Didn't have a variety of clippers for fading... Looks like beauty Supply store in Philly come up short all the time. Online is the only option nowadays.

THEY WILL FOLLOW YOU AROUND THE STORE!!!!!!!!! What's worse is if you're going to follow your paying customers, atleast ask if they need any help! Smh wil not be returning!
