Bus was delayed 7 hours because the transmission was broken. We waited for another day and the transfer bus was 2 and half hours late. Not a good experience. You get what you pay for.

The place is a dump. My daughter said that the bus she was on that came from western PA had a guy sleeping on the floor in the aisle taking up the back half of the bus. Driver left guy sleeping...

Don't do it. If you have the option take an Amtrak train instead! My daughter was scheduled to take a bus from Harrisburg to Washington DC Thurs morning. I got up at 2 am to take her to the bus...

Worst experience ever. Bud never showed. Good luck getting refund. And Greyhound was sold last year to other company I would mark zero star
