Bartenders were rude! We walked in to have a few drinks and we were IGNORED the entire time! When they did take our orders, I personally felt very disrespected. Ambiance can only take you so far.

owner is your people. I have been precisely once, after which I was banned for - believe it or not - telling the owner the bar tender was doing a good job. Make it make sense.
