Totally agree with Chris - Don't bother emailing or calling this establishment. They do not answer. Take your business elsewhere. For TV repair I suggest Gus Rubino in Malvern. He is honest and fair.

Left numerous voicemails and emailed them too as their phone message asked to do, NEVER received a return phone call or email. I guess they have too many customers that they don't need more....
