Seasonal Menus using only the Freshest Ingredients, from the Finest Farms and Wild Fisheries in North America. Our Executive Chef, Christopher Calhoun, through his extensive work experience with very high quality restaurants, has built relationships with many different farmers, who offer high quality, seasonally appropriate ingredients. This is a regular dining place for us to have brunch. The selection of breakfast and lunch food and the wide dessert assortment has something for everyone. The bread pudding with crème anglaise...
