Hematology & Oncology Consultants of Pennsylvania, P.C. is devoted to providing the most compassionate, comprehensive, and personalized medical care in a warm and healing environment. Our practice provides hematology (blood) and oncology (cancer) care. Our physicians, oncology nurses, medical assistants, laboratory technicians, and support staff strive to provide state-of-the-art care that is competent, friendly, and patient-focused. Most of our patients are referred by their primary care physician, but some patients are referred by other specialists including radiation oncologists and surgeons. Prior to your first visit, our office will obtain your medical records from your referring physician. If you are a member of an HMO that requires a referral, it is your responsibility to bring the referral to your first appointment. A new patient packet will be mailed to your home that will include a questionnaire regarding your medical history and current medications, a medical release form, and a patient information sheet. It is important that you bring your insurance cards and driver's license with you.
