History

I began my therapy practice in 1997 and have had the delight of being witness to the healing journeys of thousands of individuals. Over the years my love for seeing my clients as whole beings, with an inseparable Mind, Heart, Body and Soul, led me to quite a diverse and eclectic mix of trainings, resources, and the gathering of a wide range of healing tools for my therapy toolbox.

I am honored to offer this whole-person and integrative psychotherapeutic approach to help those in my care truly flourish in mind, body, heart, & soul. I have the most success working with clients who are looking for support with unhealthy stress, trauma, limiting beliefs, and emotional upset.
