Michael L. Fitzpatrick has over 30 years experience in the area of litigation with an emphasis in defending many dozens of school districts and townships. He has lectured and published on the Political Subdivision Tort Claims Act dealing with claims against school districts and townships. He is a member of the National Register's Who's Who 2007. He is certified on trial advocacy from Dickinson Law School as well as the Trial Advocacy Institute. He has been admitted to all Pennsylvania State Courts since 1981 as well as the Western District of Pennsylvania Federal Court and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He has done numerous jury trials throughout Western Pennsylvania. He has been appointed Special Arbitrator in Allegheny County Court. He has been a frequent Judge in trial moot court competitions. He has been approved as a Federal Early Neutral Evaluator and appointed by the Federal Court as an alternative dispute resolution coordinator.
