Our business started as Ab-Solute Fitness & Nutrition in 2012. Our vision took us into a transition phase in 2016 with a new location and a new name showcasing what owner,Jami Shields, truly believes in. Jami was a prior Elementary School teacher holding a principal certification, with 3 small children and a husband in the Military. Her passion has always been teach and help others.
