First Children Services

History

In 2009, the Children's Specialized Hospital School and A Special Place Child Care Center were purchased by newly formed First Children, LLC founded by Joe Hess. Joe had previously spent over twenty years managing for-profit and not-for-profit provider organizations and was the former CFO, COO, and then President of Bancroft NeuroHealth, one of the country's most prestigious organizations serving children and adults with a wide range of severe disabilities.

Specialties

First Children Services offers diagnosis and treatment for autism spectrum disorder, anxiety disorders, ADHD, behavioral disorders, trauma, and related diagnoses. Services include diagnostic services, social skills groups, therapy groups, home, center, and school based ABA therapy, and outpatient counseling.
