In addition, the PLCB also works to reduce and prevent dangerous and underage drinking through partnerships with schools, community groups, and licensees. Taxes and store profits - totaling more than $15 billion since the agency's inception - are returned to Pennsylvania's General Fund, which finances Pennsylvania's schools, health and human services programs, and law enforcement, among other important public services.SpecialtiesAs one of the largest purchasers of wine and spirits in the world, Fine Wine & Good Spirits is able to provide Pennsylvania consumers with a wide selection of products at more than 600 Fine Wine & Good Spirits stores located throughout the commonwealth.
