Established on April 15, 1998 by the Fegley Family, the Bethlehem Brew Works successfully captured the essence of Bethlehem’s steel industry in a 250 seat brewpub. A solid 4, maybe 4.5. Service was a little slow at first, but caught up. Typical brewpub food and atmosphere. Good IPAs on tap. I had the Grilled Cheese Brisket and my wife had the Shrimp Tacos....
