After years of serving as a personal chef and operating Scratch Catering Chef Donny Strackbein opened his first restaurant just outside of his hometown of Jefferson Township (population 3814) in 2010. Six years later we are now bringing those same small town values, friendly service and fresh farm raised foods to our newest adventure The Fairview Cafe. We would be honored to have you dine with us.
