The FairGrounds Hotel was established in 1904 has changed names and operators many times over the years. But fairly recently it has returned to one it's original owners, the Germano Family, who with the help new team of culinary experts have really brought new life to this beautifully historic restaurant. Today, the FairGrounds hotel prides itself on providing "fine Food at a fair Price" and looks forward to serving you a myriad of freshly prepared seafood, steaks, salads, creative sandwiches and more at the most Beautiful and intimate Old Victorian dining venues in the Lehigh Valley! Also Don't forget, separate from the Dining room, is a bar area of the Fairgrounds hotel which is one of the areas most authentic style pubs with a very long history of good times with good friends. On the Second floor of the FairGrounds Hotel lies the Casablanca Lounge area which hosts private banquet parties and also offers weekly live entertainment every Friday by some the areas best entertainers such as singer Michael Sherer, DJ Bobby Koch and others.
