Clean and close to Longwood Gardens. Room was a nice size and clean. Hot breakfast was free. Plenty of parking. Employees were all very helpful and friendly.

Front desk would not let our group assemble in the common area. It's why we booked there (to do that)and had before. She kept saying against the rules, her mgr told her, etc... Not accommodating

Called to make a reservation for a family get together and my son who is a military vet and his service dog were turned down. Not disability friendly.
