Actually zero stars. This place is run like what I envision a boarding home to be. They have no "do not disturb" signs and staff knocks on doors at will and slips notices under your door...

From the moment I walked into the hotel it was not exactly very clean or orderly. There was a metal panel open showing the sprinkler system hanging down from the low level ceiling aka a good way...
