Person, ventured into real estate appraising and received his certification as a Residential and General Real Estate Appraiser in 1991 and 1992, respectfully. Wilbur G.'s son, William J. Person, joined the company in 1993 as an apprentice to his father and received his Residential Real Estate Appraiser certification in 1997.
