Best around. The other that went out of business was decent food but rude employees/owner. Emerald Garden's food is equal or better but everyone is super friendly.

Delicious Asian food and the staff at Emerald Garden are very friendly. The food has a Baltimore flavor and the crystal shrimp or scrumptious.
