It is part of being human that we are motivated to put trouble feelings and thoughts out of our mind, but in my experience what we suppress continues to have an impact on our sense of self and our relationships. Together we will develop goals that are specific to you and your situation, but in general will work toward feeling more happy about yourself, having more satisfying relationships, and relief from troubling symptoms of anxiety and depression. I am in-network provider with Cigna Behavioral Health and Medicare. I accept private pay, and am able to provide you with a superbill to seek any out-of-network benefits you may have, if any.
