Electron Energy Corporation has engineered and manufactured high-strength rare magnets and magnet assemblies, which improve performance while lowering cost, for a variety of challenging magnet applications since 1970. One of the world s leading producers of rare earth magnets and magnet systems, the company was one of the first to manufacture rare earth permanent magnets for the marketplace after their discovery in the 1960s. Its line of rare earth magnets include high-temperature samarium cobalt magnets that can operate continuously up to 550 degrees Celsius, neodymium iron boron magnets, bonded magnets and magnet systems and assemblies.
