Changes contracted rates and refuses to honor original. Adds spurious charges. Refuses to discuss. Personnel was snippy over phone prior to planned stay.

Angie and the staff went above and beyond for BOI. Wish it was a little warmer, but all in all, we had a terrific weekend.
