We also offer apprenticeships, pre-apprenticeships, continuing education programs, and exclusive networking and appreciation events. The Bair Foundation is a Christian-welfare organization, caring children, teens and families. For more than 40 years, the foundation has been offering therapeutic foster care for children, youth and families with special behavioral, emotional and social needs. It also provides custodial care for children who require placement outside of their biological family.
