Just moved from Philadelphia from a small building managed by EFL. Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from because we had a perfectly acceptable 3 year stay in the Art Museum area....

Do not rent from these people at 908 Spruce Street. The building was involved in a Sheriff Sale and they are not the owners of this property. Which means they can not enter into lease agreements.
