Very accommodating staff; they switched us to a first floor room no problems when we asked and later gave us extra pillows. Close to many resteraunts and shopping and local attractions.

Room is clean and spacious, wall unit a/c can be a bit noisy. Mattress is rather stiff. Location is great and close to most attractions.
